How It Works:
- Nitrocellulose is a film-forming ingredient that thickens nail polishes and colors.
- Butyl acetate keeps polish ingredients blended and smooth.
- Benzopehnone absorbs UV light and prevents polish from yellowing.
- Titanium dioxide produces a translucent, milky-white hue as a color or a color base to nail products.
Suggested Use: Apply your favorite Zoya color from the True Collection and top with a coat of Fleck Effects glaze for a WOW effect!

"I LOVE the colour, and what the little extra oomph adds to almost every other polish colour I could use as a base. My favourite pairing right now is Julep's Helena, with this Chloe on top. Beautiful! My only critique would be that it's a PAIN to get off, even with Acetone remover. So if you're only wanting temporary sparkle, I'd look elsewhere. But if it's lasting flecks you're after, this is perfect!!"
