No matter your skin tone you’ll love this gradual tanner –- it provides a"just tanned” look that warms the skin and adds a spark of shimmer.
Who It’s For: Recommended for all skin tones and skin types including sensitive skin.
How It Works:
- Dimethicone imparts emolliency and is a water-binding agent to keep skin soft and smooth.
- Mica is a mineral known for containing light-reflecting particles to give skin an even-toned appearance.
- Glycerin is an effective humectant that binds moisture to skin cells to prevent dehydration.
Suggested Use:
For Face: Squeeze a dime-sized amount onto your finger. Touch the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin with the finger to distribute product. Using sweeping motions, start at the center of the face and blend outwards until you’re pleased with the coverage. Wash hands thoroughly. Apply daily until a golden tan has been achieved.
For Body: Squeeze an amount the size of a quarter in the palm of hand. Rub hands together two to three times to distribute the product across palms. Smooth on one section at a time until product is absorbed using long, back-and-forth strokes. Repeat the steps above until the desired coverage is reached. Allow 15-20 minutes before getting dressed. Wash hands thoroughly. Apply daily until a golden tan has been achieved.More Information: All of the jane iredale formulas have multiple benefits for skin. All are safe for acne-prone skin and sensitive skin. They are completely noncomedogenic and allow skin to breathe. They can be used immediately following microdermabrasion procedures and light peels (check with a physician before using any makeup after a laser resurfacing). "It is a very light liquid formula of a moisturizer, it dries quickly so you have to work fast so that it spreads color evenly on your skin which can be a bit frustrating. I also had an allergic reaction to it, my skin started itching and breaking out a bit. I used it on my face only to try as a sampler, since I received a deluxe sized tube sample which only had a little lotion in it. If you don't have sensitive skin and are an expert at applying tinted gradual tanning moisturizers then this is probably great for you but for me it was not so great unfortunately. I do like other lip products of hers so I was a little disappointed. "

"Got a sample of this, and while it seems effective, it's way over-priced. I can get the same results with Coppertone for a fraction of the price. It's also a bother that the sample tube has no instructions, nothing on it but the name of the product."
