"This mask produced visible results in my skin after the first use. I have uneven sensitive and typically dry red skin, yet after my first application my skin was visibly hydrated, even, and looked brighter. The mask is reminiscent of yogurt in texture which feels incredibly quenching when applied. It feels cool to the touch which gave such a refreshing glow to my skin once I rinsed it off. The smell reminds me of blueberry yogurt as well, and leans more organic in scent rather than medicinal which I quite enjoy. My skin looked just as refreshed as it does right after I have a facial at the spa. This little gem is certainly worth every penny! "

"Please don't let the price hinder you from buying this. There is so much product and you don't need to use a lot of it to create the mask. I have done three applications and it still looks like it has never been touched. It goes on very smooth and creamy and stays that way, it will not harden. After leaving it on for 15 minutes and washing it off my face feel moisturized and you can already see the brightness to my skin. My red T-zone and rosy cheeks are fading away thanks to this product!"

"What can I say?…I love botanicals!! I’m kind of a product/peel junkie, so when I tried out this brightening hydration mask by Alchimie Forever, I was so excited to give my skin a little quench. It’s absolutely great, post peel, to calm redness, alone for a pigment pick-me-up or to take away the agravation of inflammatory skin reaction (rosacea, eczema, etc.).
This mask is rich in texture and feels like butter! The smell is fruity, but not overpowering. Natural botanical ingredients and antioxidants work to both calm and defend, while brightening lack-luster skin. To me, there is nothing better than oats to calm irritation, so I was excited to see them as a star ingredient in this treatment.
I love this product line for being naturally based, pthalate/paraben-free, low on petro chemicals, & cruelty-free!!!

"I was only able to use this product once, so my review reflects my initial impressions. This is why I am giving it an "average" rating of 3 stars until I am able to use this product for several weeks.
While I didn't notice any brightening effect from this mask, I did notice that it made my skin softer and redness was less noticeable. It also smells very pleasant, and didn't irritate my sensitive skin - that was a bonus.
Other than that, there wasn't a lot of noticeable improvements but of course I've only used it once. I will update this review with more information as soon as I am able to use the mask for at least one month."

"This product is a bit hit and miss for me. Hit in I love the results. My skin looks vibrant and feels super soft after just once use. Miss in that the scent of the formula is a bit overwhelming for me. I'm fairly sensitive to heavy scents so the first time I used this I got a headache. Second time around was better, but if I continue to get headaches I might have to stop. That being said I hope that's not the case! "I'm in love with this mask. At first, I was a bit nervous about the fruit ingredients, as I have rosacea. I found this to be extremely calming and nourishing to my skin. "Getting to try this as a beauty ambassador for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better product! The first time I tried this I fell in love! It goes on super easy and you need very little to cover your whole face. The smell is a nice yummy smell that kept having me take deep breaths to continue to smell the blueberries and grapes!
It's super hydrating and works well with all skin types, especially sensitive skin! I left it on for about 15 minutes and this is a mask that doesn't harden and make you feel like you've had plastic surgery and can't move your face. It's also not goopy and thick like a mud mask! It stays nice and creamy and just penetrates the layers of skin leaving my skin incredibly soft after. I didn't even feel the need to exfoliate after.
Girls, (even men!) you need to spend a little to get great results and this is the product to do it on! The redness I have in my face has decreased every time from using this, so for me it's now a must have!"

"I have used this product twice now. Here are my thoughts...
Pros:
1. Definitely smooth in texture and highly moisturizing
2. It's organic and natural
Cons:
1. Although it definitely felt as though it did a great job moisturizing my face, I did not see any noticeable 'brightening' effects
2. The mask itself is thick and creamy. It almost feels like you are slathering lip balm on your face. I didn't really like the texture and I did not like that the mask didn't harden or anything.
3. It was difficult to wipe the mask off because of the lip balm texture. I felt as though it was still all overu face.
4. $60 is a hefty price tag for something that I don't love.
I am going to continue using this product to see if I get any results in the brightening department.
Overall, I felt like this product was OK. I love masks and I actually recently found one that I love. It's called Super by Dr. Nicholas Perricone. It brightens and moisturizes in only 3 minutes. Plus, I got it on sale for $25.

"What a mask! I had been having trouble with dry spots and a few blemishes on my face and nothing was taking care of both of them. That is until I used the mask. The mask goes on smoothly like a thick moisturizer and feels amazing on. It comes off easily too. After I used it just once, my dry spots went away, and my blemishes began to heal. I couldn't believe it! My face was glowing. What a fabulous product!"

"I had great hopes for this mask, but it actually made my face red for about an hour after I used it. After I turned my normal color again, I couldn't see any visible difference. My skin certainly felt moisturized and my pores felt tighter, but I couldn't see any reduction in redness like the other reviewers say. I may have just been hoping for something miraculous due to the other reviews I read, but it just left me kind of wanting. I'm still going to give it another try and see if it wows me then. "I was super excited to try this mask. I've been wanting to try an Alchimie product for awhile but have never had the cash to do so. As part of the Bloom Ambassador program, I recieved this item to review and I was so stoked!!
First off, the packaging is super cute!! It comes packaged in a square green and white bog with little green trees on the back of the box. I'm really into packaging. =)
The jar itself is a simple white with a green logo on top. The masque claims to brighten, soothe and protect dull skin while also minimizing redness. Its ingredients are natural botancials including wild pansies, oats, blueberries, grapes and vitamin E.
Unfortunately, after following the box's directions, after washing off the masque my face was super red and blotchy!! I wasn't sure if the product worked like retinols where your skin has to build up a tolerance to the product so I tried it again the next night. This time, my skin didn't turn red and blotchy, but I didn't notice any brightening or moisturizing effects of the masque.
Overall, its a 3/5 stars for me as I loved how it felt on my face (clean, fresh and smooth going on) and the smell was very subtly fruity. I will continue using this product for at least a month to see if it will improve my skin in the long run. I didn't like how it made my skin angry and red upon first use and wonder if my sensitive skin will keep having reactions to this masque or not.

"When I got this to review, I was having a skin freak out. I am talking major, painful, bright red and swollen break out. Not to mention dryness from the major treatments I was dumping on. I put a nice layer or this creamy mask (that smells like red wine and flowers, in a good way) and after twenty minutes rinsed it off. My skin was soft, but it was the next morning that turned me into a believer. My skin had calmed, cleared and was soothed. It was like a mini miracle. I recommend this to everyone."

"I enjoy moisture masks since they are gentle and I tend to have dryer skin, so this was a perfect match for me. Getting to try this as a bloom ambassador was a great and absolutely positive experience, I would definitely recommend this to all skin types as it is very soothing and rejuvenating to the skin and skin can always use the extra moisture hydration. Even acne prone skin needs to be moisturized! As soon as I applied it I felt how creamy and smooth the texture of the mask is, and once on my face and neck I inhaled the lovely scents of blueberries, grapes, and wild pansies every time I walked around the house or moved. It also has a mild cooling feeling on my skin which was very relaxing in combination with the delicious scent! After removing the mask my face felt so incredibly soft and supple like I had a new layer of skin and I didn't even have to exfoliate! If you want to get the best out of the moisturizing mask, I'd recommend steaming your face at home for 5 minutes with a warm washcloth so your pores are open and will absorb all the moisturizing benefits of the mask! Your face will thank you after I promise :) Ladies, please try this mask! It is well worth the splurge!"

"This was an extremely luxurious product that I applied before bathing in the evening. Although full of extremely beneficial natural skin care ingredients, the scent of blueberries is definitely the most prominent. The next day, my skin is fresh and soft-- this is definitely a product that I'm going to be using in the future and I extremely excited about this since I am very sensitive. The only side note I have for this is the fact that it brought a decent amount of rosiness to my cheeks after removing this product-- Although I don't think this was a sign of irritation, and instead a side effect of a few of the product's ingredients increasing the blood flow to my skin--it's good to know that this is obvious when you're fair, and to possibly not use this product directly before planning to go out. "

"I love this mask! I was a little nervous about the number of fruit ingredients, as I have rosacea, and that tends to be a little to active for my skin. "Tried this as a sample and am going to order the full-size because I'm in love! I love the way this moisture mask feels while it's on, the wonderful energizing smell, and especially the way it makes my skin look and feel afterwards. While I'm wearing it, it feels like my skin is being moisturized and tightened. It only takes a little bit of this product and it is not noticeable that you have it on. Even though I have problematic skin, it's also dry at the same time and this moisture mask does not make my skin break out, but it seems to not only moisturize but also firm and plump my skin...just wonderful! "I'm SO excited about this mask! I actually met Ada Polla yesterday at a local spa - WOW! She is SO gorgeous!, her skin like fine china - not a flaw one!
