No matter what your skin type, the Jan Marini Bioglycolic® Facial Cleanser provides a gentle, yet deep clean at the follicular level, leaving skin fresh, smooth and ready for your regular skincare routine. It’s a soap-free formula that requires no toner or astringent after cleansing. The hydrating ingredients leave your skin luxuriously soft, healthy and hydrated. Because it cleans deeply and thoroughly, it’s a great cleanser for skin ranging from dry and mature to acne-prone.

How it Works: The Bioglycolic® Facial Cleanser contains a unique blend of ingredients, including glycolic acid and sorbitol, to gently but deeply cleanse and hydrate skin. Glycolic acid is a follicular cleansing agent that leaves your skin super clean and ready for the other steps in your skincare regimen. Sorbitol, a natural humectant, leaves your skin soft and hydrated. Use it with other products in the Bioglycolic® skincare line to achieve gorgeous skin.
Suggested Use: In the morning and evening, spread an amount about the size of a quarter evenly over dry skin. Do not use as an eye make-up remover. Massage gently over skin, adding water if desired. Remove with a clean, damp washcloth, then splash 15 to 20 times with lukewarm water. Blot dry.

I use it when I feel i need a deep clean, although it gives me a lil bit of a stinging feeling this product works if you are consistent with it. Using it everyday so that you skin is use to it. If you use multiple face washes this might cause you skin to overproduce oil at first, but stick with it. you skin will balance out. "

"I have been using this product morning and night for about a week now and I think it is great! I have oily/combination skin and before starting this product, I had some dry patches around my chin from using Atralin (retin a) and this has really smoothed them out. It has a nice lotion-like consistency and it makes me skin feel soft and moisturized after rinsing, unlike a lot of other cleansers which dry out my skin. I feel like my skin looks healthier when I wake up in the morning. I purchased it to t ry and reduce some red marks leftover from a breakout, but it hasn't had much of an effect on that. It is fairly pricey for an 8 oz container, but if I continue to see improvements, I will definitely repurchase. "
