"When you first put this on you start to feel the effects right away. However, when I went to dab off the white film under my eyes I feel like my skin went right back to how it was. I tried several ways to get it off from dabbing to just putting a little water on it - nothing worked. This would be a FANTASTIC product in my opinion if it didn't dry chalky. I'm disappointed. Now I have an expensive product just laying in my makeup drawer."

"I always read reviews and try to base my purchases by that. This time I went against my better judgment and most of the reviews and thought I'd take a chance. Bad move on my part. It is true that it leaves a white film. I followed the directions exactly, tried less, tried more, tried it mixed with a serum, with a moisturizer, etc., you name it I tried it. Either it left that whitish film or didn't do anything. It's on it's way back. Not worth the money. I guess the old saying is true....it's too good to be true, it probably is. "

"I received a deluxe sized sample of this and was not too impressed. I tried it out on a morning which would've been perfect to get results, I didn't get too much sleep the night prior and had minor visible bags under my eyes. I followed the instructions and applied this, and did feel instant tightening while it was on my skin but as soon as I wiped it off it felt and looked the same as before. I waited a few minutes thinking maybe it takes a bit to show since it is "instant" but I did not get any lift as it said on the back of the tube. I wanted to love this product as the concept is great but for the price and results it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion."

"Loved it at first, but now the top of the tube keeps getting stopped up with the stuff even tho the top is always put back on. Also, its hard to gauge how much to use; not enough and it does nothing, too much and you wind up with dried white stuff under your eyes. Not a fan for the price."

"I love that I can see this product in action! It absolutley smoothes out the fine lines around my eyes within minutes. Application is key, and it took a time or two to get it right, but you don't need much. While it is an "instant" fix, I'm sure the other ingredients offer long-term benefits for my skin. As another reviewer said, since this provides no moisture, I do apply eye cream once it's set."

"I want to love this product. The results are nothing short of amazing when it is applied. The area around my eyes tighten and I seriously look 16 rather than 45. However, once the extra product has been gently removed my skin looks no different than it did prior to applying the product. If it didn't leave a chalky film I would never remove it. "This is AMAZING! I hesitated ordering because of some bad reviews, but I'm so glad I went ahead and got it anyway. I'm 65, and my skin is very good for my age, but my under eye area needed help with wrinkles, puffiness and crepey skin.
I applied a thin layer under my eyes after cleansing , and let it dry as directed. There was no white film or residue at all. I never felt such tightening with any product before, and I think I've tried EVERYTHING! This left my under-eye skin as smooth as glass; the wrinkles and crepiness were smoothed out, and the puffs were gone!
Since this product provides no moisture, I applied my Strivectin eye treatment over it, and my Lancome Micro-Lift For Eyes on my top lid. Adding the eye cream did nothing to diminish the smoothing effect of the FirmX, except it alleviated some of the tight feeling, but not the tight look.
Bottom line: FirmX has taken about 20 years off my eye area! I can't stop looking in the mirror because I can't believe the transformation! No more cringes at the sight of dryness, bags, and wrinkles.
I plan to buy another tube as soon as I can so I can have one at home and one for my purse.
If used properly, this product is a miracle.
I also plan to try mixing it with my eye cream or concealer as suggested to see those results, too.
PS: I did wear it during my work-out, and it stayed in place and didn't bother my eyes, but I don't have sensitive skin.
