"Love this! It has a wonderful cooling sensation when applying (it feels really, really good when applying). It absorbs quickly and is non greasy. Does not irate my eyes. A barely there fresh scent. Does not interfere with eye makeup application and wear-ability. Have noticed a reduction in puffiness, not so much the dark circles. It's only been a week though. "
