The NIA24® Introductory Regimen: During the first week of treatment, apply a very light application of only one of the NIA24® leave-on products (Skin Strengthening Complex or Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30) every other day, once daily, and monitor your skin for any signs of redness, itchiness, breakout or dryness. If any side effects occur, continue this once-daily regimen for 5-7 days, as much of the irritation will clear up as your skin adjusts to the increased Niacin. If symptoms continue after 3 full weeks, discontinue and consult your physician.

During the second week of treatment, add the Physical Cleansing Scrub and Gentle Cleansing Cream to your skin care regimen and increase use of the Skin Strengthening Complex to both morning and night applications.

The NIA24® Daily Regimen: For maintenance and continued repair and rejuvenation, follow the Daily Skin Care Regimen according to your skin type:

*2 – 3 times each week, substitute Physical Cleansing Scrub for the Gentle Cleansing Cream once daily.

Before you begin a skin care regimen with NIA24® products, apply a test patch of the NIA24® Skin Strengthening Complex or Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 to a small section of the face or backside of the arm. Wait 30 minutes to one hour and examine the area for any redness or itchiness. Later, apply a very light application of either the Skin Strengthening Complex or Sun Damage Prevention 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 to the entire face. Wait 30 minutes to one hour and examine the face for any redness or itchiness. Should any irritation or undesired results occur, use introductory regimen outlined on the following tabs. If no irritation occurs, proceed to the recommended daily regimen as tolerated.
