The cap holds Clarisonic's Anti-Aging Sea Serum which you dispense onto the applicator tip. It basically vibrates - infusing your skin with the serum. You have to be sure not to press too hard (lightly lightly lightly) and use enough serum. I've been using it for a week and my eyes look well rested (I don't have wrinkles around my eyes). It is an investment, but like the Clarisonic Mia (or other brushes) once you're hooked, you can't imagine skin care without it!"
