"This is okay. I wish it had a richer texture. My skin is oily but I can splurge on rich moisturizers under my eye. On the plus side, the price is really reasonable and it is not unpleasant. I am sure it has decent benefits."

So-So

This is okay. I wish it had a richer texture. My skin is oily but I can splurge on rich moisturizers under my eye. On the plus side, the price is really reasonable and it is not unpleasant. I am sure it has decent benefits.
