"My mom introduced me to this system. It works great, but you do need to be dedicated to using it regularly for it to be effective. I suggest brushing your teeth with a regular non whitening toothpaste with fluoride right before using this product. That way, you are preparing your teeth for the whitener to go on while still providing fluoride to them. Next, use the toothpaste with the accelerator on an electric brush to get the best effect. Make sure to rinse after to avoid streaking and an unpleasant taste. After the dedication, you will be happy!"
