It's not something you can use once in awhile and see results. You need to be diligent with your use or you will not see the benefits. It also comes with an extra dvd/cd that shows you how to do your neck area as well. I think this item is worth the splurge and does what it says it will do."

My guy loves it!
I paid $400 for mine shortly after it came out. Some people are not that impressed with this gadget, but I find it does what it says as long as you use it consistently as instructed.
