"I really wanted to love this product--i ordered it after reading a not-so-great review--mine too was dried out and only about half full--i also should have looked more carefully at the label--this product is only 4 oz--so that left me with about 2 oz at $20??? it does smell nice and i prefer to buy natural/organic products--but this was a disappointment."

"I'm pretty sure this arrived in less-than-perfect condition. It seems kind of dried out and the container is not at all full. Nonetheless, I added some water and have been using it to scrub my hands, especially the cuticles. It is making my hands are nice and soft, and I love the smell."
