"This product is really great. The color is good, there are no streaks or yellowing. My only complaint is the smell. I have yet to find a bronzer that doesn't have that smell."

the REVIEW 05/15/2011: Who doesn’t want firm, healthy, hi-hate-me-because-my-vacation-was-fierce bronze skin? Sircuit Skin Sircuit Soliel™ Firming Mineral Self-Bronzer offers a realistic faux tan for those with a base tan or light/medium or darker skin in a brilliantly shimmering firming solution.
the PRODUCT: Sircuit Soliel™ has a rich deep bronze tone in a fluid shimmering base that has firming qualities thanks to Terminalia Catappa Leaf Extract, Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract and Tannic Acid. The fluid consistency is easy to apply, but dries fairly rapidly. It is also very important to exfoliate properly before the application of this product since due to its consistency, it may settle unevenly on rough or dry areas. Sircuit Soliel has a fairly strong scent that is not quite unpleasant, but does leave behind a rather powerful odor typical of self-tanning products.
the RESULTS: I received a trial size of Sircuit Soliel™ and initially tried it on my face to balance out the differences in tone between my face and neck. At first, I was taken aback by the smell of the product which had a perfum-y (it does not have added fragrance) scent which later changed to a rather strong self-tan odor. However, the color was impressively warm without looking orange – but faded a bit after I washed my face.
Perhaps Sircuit Soliel™ started out at a disadvantage since I am a regular user of self-tanners and have very specific criteria about what makes one successful. If it wasn’t for the scent – I would say this was one of the better formulas I’ve used since it gave my legs a magnificent color immediately (I have a slight tan and this gave it a nice boost), has firming benefits (who doesn’t love that) and didn’t feel sticky or take a long time to dry. But even when I used it only on my legs – the smell was hard to ignore.
If you want a rich, realistic tan in a short time and like the additional firming benefits, use SIRCUIT SKIN SIRCUIT SOLIEL™ at night for about 3 days prior to your event. You will be rewarded with evenly tanned, toned and fabulous skin – I’d say dealing with a little unpleasant odor is a small price to pay. "
