Suggested Use: Apply with a damp cotton pad. Wipe downward onto closed eyelids. May be used over entire face to remove makeup before cleansing.

"I have been looking for a cream-based eyemakeup remover to replace Revlon's ColorStay Eyemakeup Remover (which is has been discontinued). I have been using this for years and not only does it remove EVERYTHING, but it does not sting my eyes. I purchased the Bioelements based on one 5 star review. Unfortunately, it DOES sting and I will be sending back."
