"I have been using these for years and can not find anything better, especially for the price. Instantly and easily removes all eye makeup, even waterproof mascara, and lipstick as well. Leaves delicate eye area (and lips) soothed and moisturized. Note that I do NOT like the other version of these (the non-oily), as they leave my skin stinging. These pads are also good at removing wax left behind on skin. I really hope they never go off the market!"
