"Firey is really the perfect red color, super rich, not too dark, with slight blue undertones. Very very matte and super intense opaque color, which is what I wanted. If you use it alone, it dries with a completely matte finish and doesn't come off at all. I find it much too drying to wear alone. I usually use lip balm under it, which still gives it a matte finish, but does eventually dry out my lips even with that. My favorite product to wear under it is Philosophy's Kiss Me Lip Balm (not gloss). If you do add other products to it, it will come off onto cups, straws, etc, but usually will stay on your lips. Applicator takes some getting used to, but is actually pretty good once you do. Looks great with glosses, lip balms and lipsticks. I add just a dab to other lip colors and glosses just to intensify the color all the time. It is really a great versatile product and fun to experiment with."

"Although I plan to return this product because I didn't care for the color- it was too light and pinkish, it is still a good product in that it does what it says. This stuff stayed on ALL day. Yes, it came off on my coffee cup and I had a lipstick coated straw as well, but when I looked in the mirror, it was still on my lips as well. It felt too sticky for me. It was a little too opaque for my liking because I like a shiny/glossy lip. But if someone wants a matte type of all day lip color, this would be it."
