Another great innovation from CARGO, this skin-toned lip pencil eliminates the worry of color matching – it matches your skin tone rather than your lip color. This vegetable oil-based formula is applied outside of the lip line to highlight lips and to hold color and gloss in place. It prevents feathering and bleeding and gives a natural look to your lips.

How It Works:
- Hydrogenated vegetable oil is a rich emollient to keep lips velvety soft and hydrated.
- Talc is a naturally occurring silicate mineral that keeps lip colors smooth and soft.
- Hydrogenated palm glycerides are skin conditioning emollients to keep lips smooth and soft.
Suggested Use: Apply just outside of the lip line to give a soft, natural highlight to the lips, clean the lip line, and hold gloss or lipstick in place. Blend out with fingertips. Apply your favorite lip gloss or color to lips. Lips will look fuller, cleaner, and color will stay in place with no bleeding.
