How It Works:
- Cyclopentasiloxane is a skin conditioning agent and effective emollient that keeps skin soft and smooth.
- Dimethicone imparts emolliency and is a water-binding agent to keep skin soft and smooth.
- Boron nitride allows for a silky, easy-gliding application of makeup and keeps colors anchored to skin for long-lasting wearability.
- Silica is a mineral that absorbs excess oil from the skin and reflects light to build a beautiful mattified look.
Suggested Use: Using fingertips or foundation brush, blend onto skin, starting at the center of your face, forehead, nose, and chin and blend outward.

My skin is more normal/dry, so it doesn't make me look like an oil slick or I have freakishly huge pores. Set it with a little powder and it's not outrageously shiny. I tried the Ivory shade."

"I was using CoverGirl oil control foundation before trying this, and Maybelline dream matte mouse, and this is a huge improvement. It has enough pigmentation to usually cover up any blemishes I have, and doesn't seem to irritate my face like other foundations. It is pretty sparkly but I don't mind. This foundation also looks the most natural on me with my skin tone, I have a hard time finding foundation or powder that doesn't look orange on me.
I am still searching for my perfect foundation, but this is the best drugstore brand I've tried so far."

"If your looking for a comprable drugstore foundation to MakeUp Forever's Hd foundation you found. Though alot of people love it and purchase bottle after bottle this foundation turned a little sour for me.
I have acne scars and this foundation just went right into the scars and seeped into them. Usally I use this type of product to cover acne. But over all if its picture day at your school or you just a photoshoot this foundation is a cheap alternative."

"There's a limited color selection on this. I have combination/dry skin for reference and if you don't exfoliate well, it tends to cling onto your dry patches. Also there's no oil control so if you have oily skin I would stay away. I usually mix this with my Revlon Colorstay to make it a nice consistency. Photographs well. "
