"I think! Maybe a five, even. They are nice to use just as glitter and add to certain creamy eyeshadows, but without the medium that used to be sold for it, I don't really think I'm getting their full benefit. Called and there is nothing suggested to even take its place. I wish pop would consider making it available again. The colors are fun in general."

"OK, so the colors of this glitter set are great. They are dry glitters though, not glitter gel, yet they inexplicably come with applicator wands (like lip gloss or some concealer,) so when you unscrew the top a bunch spills out all over your hands. So basically the applicators/packaging on this is really annoying, but the glitters themselves are very nice. Be careful when you open them!"

"Okay - the glitter is lovely! But really, it is just glitter...kinda hard to mess it up. The applicators that come with each bottle are similar to the applicators you get with lip glosses, except that they don't hold the glitter. As soon as I removed the top, I had a glitter explosion all over my sink! I may even cut the fuzzy applicator portion off of each of the vials, because the explosion will repeat itself every single time I twist off the lid.
At any rate, colors are great - packaging, not so much.
