How It Works:
- Talc is a naturally occurring silicate mineral that keeps makeup colors smooth and cake-free.
- Zinc stearate is a fine, white powdered form of zinc that keep eye colors saturated with color and makes them easy to apply.
- Boron nitride allows for a silky, easy-gliding application of makeup colors and keeps color anchored to skin for long-lasting wearability.
- Silica absorbs excess oil while it keeps eyelids healthier and more radiant.

"I got a sample of Kitten and Diamond Lil from another company last month. I purchased a palette soon after that had Kitten, which I love. I decided to get Diamond Lil here to do a smoky eye. I love it! Grey with shimmer...but not too bold for daytime.
I do experience some fallout with Stila eye shadows, but it isn't a deal breaker. Use them with primer!! UD Primer Potion is great."

"Though Stila eyeshadows are on the pricey side, nothing beats their silky soft creamy texture and the pigmentation of them. Perfect for daytime or can be layered for a night look. My two favorites are Kitten and Wheat and I love some of the less shimmery shades for liner or for a darker crease.

"Stila's single pan eyeshadows tend to be very, very good--silky and easily spreadable, with no patches. (I can't comment on wear time because I never wear eyeshadow without a primer underneath--it would take a super shadow to not crease on me in ten minutes or less.) Their eyeshadow in Kitten is a cult favorite among the younger crowd, and a good one to start out with for the college-aged or younger, non-conservative workplace professionals. Kitten is a shimmery, pink-beige champagne color that works wonderfully as an eye brightener in judicious amounts. Another favorite of mine is Golightly, a nice, medium bronzy brown with a quiet sheen that looks great in the crease.
I think the only downside to the Stila single eyshadows is that their pan size is huge--35mm in diameter and 0.09oz of product. it's good as you get more for the price you pay, but it's inconvenient when looking for a palette to fit them into. Stila has their own palettes available; you can also purchase freestyle palettes elsewhere. "

"Stila makes great eye shadows and I have been using them for years. The texture is an unbelievably smooth, silky powder that just glides over the skin. I would recommend using a primer if you prefer more full coverage eye shadows but they work great on unprimed eyes as a tad more of a sheerer color. Large range of colors available in many different finishes. Just don't forget to purchase the separate little 2 dollar pot to keep it in. This is just the pan that really should be transferred to the pot or one of the palette holders."
