The main reason this eyeliner is fantastic is because it does everything liquid does---glides on smooth, provides lasting color and definition, but it doesn't drip, you don't have to wait for it to dry, basically it is just twenty million times more user friendly. Only negative to this stuff is that you never really know when it's going to run out, which could potentially lead to a midnight run to your favorite makeup store. "

"This gel eyeliner does everything it says it does. My only complaint is that the black isn't as saturated as I had hoped for and if you have oily eyelids it may smear. I prefer a liquid eyeliner because it is easier to do a thin lined cat eye with liquid but I prefer this gel eyeliner when I am going for an ultra dramatic thick cat eye."
