How It Works:
- Palmitic acid is an emollient to lock moisture into skin’s cells and prevent dehydration.
- Cornstarch controls static, conditions skin, and helps stabilize color.
- Safflower seed oil is rich in fatty acids to nourish and hydrate skin.
Suggested Use: Swirl the two shades together and sweep across lid. Or, sweep the marbleized color across the lid and up to the brow bone and add the solid shade to the outer crease.
