Suggested Use: Apply just like regular liquid eyeliner. It is important that you do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc. before using blinc. It requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly. It takes approximately one minute to set. Remove with a combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure.
