Using CARGO Triple Action Mascara is like applying your three favorite mascaras at the same time – one for lengthening, one for thickening, and one for curling your lashes. This lightweight, flexible, and highly pigmented formula extends your lashes to incredible lengths and defines them with curl and volume. This lightweight formula is rub resistant and the jet black pigment complements all eye colors.

How It Works:
- Acrylates are silicone-based hair fixatives that help lashes hold in place and resist the effects of humidity.
- PVP encourages firmness, body, and fullness in lashes.
