"Loved it at first! Last so long! You don't need a lot. I always have to use a lot of shampoo or conditioner. A quarter size is all you need. However, this made my hair fall out in clumps, even though my hair is so thick you cant tell. I thought that it was because it was time to get a haircut. So I switched to Biolage smoothing shampoo and conditioner and my hair stopped falling out in clumps. But I think everyone's hair is different. "
