How It Works:
- Wheat Protein is a naturally derived moisture balancing protein that offers film forming effects, and adds body and shine to hair. Able to penetrate the cuticle of the hair, this protein is a good choice for dry, brittle, damaged hair.
- Hydrolyzed Lupine Protein from the seeds of the lupine plant, are high in proteins and contain essential amino acids, which provide many benefits, including good anti-static, regenerating and conditioning properties.
Suggested Use: Apply a nickel to quarter size amount to wet hair, lather and rinse thoroughly.
Note: Sulfate free formulas create less lather than other harsh shampoos.

"I got great volume for my fine oily hair with this shampoo. My hair was easy to comb through after shampooing with no knots or tangles, even though I can't use conditioner because it makes my hair oily. I used my regular styling product, my velcro rollers, and my hair was very full and manageable. I also just got the Jonathan Dirt Hair Spray, and I use that for a light hold after styling. ".JPG)

"I'm not so sure about this. I received as a sample, along with the conditioner. It wasn't bad, just didn't seem to stand out. I did have difficulty lathering, though. I suppose that is due to low or no sulfates, but it was difficult distributing through my hair, My hair is very prone to knots due to the fineness, and this seemed to make that worse."

"I have scalp psoriasis so I stay away from harsh sulfates. I am used to using sulfate-free shampoos and I was actually surprised at how well this shampoo lathers. The other reviewers must not be accustomed to sulfate-free shampoos since they were unhappy with the lather. I, on the other hand found it lathered very well. My scalp does not feel tight or itchy post-wash. I think it's a decent price for a high quality shampoo. Because this formula is volumizing, it is a little drying. "

"This is a good product that produces a fair amount of foam considering what it's made of. It definitely follows through as promised and creates a nice amount of volume. My hair, which goes limp easily, also feels thick and strong. The only downer to me is that my hair feels coarse after using this instead of its usualy sleek, shiny self. I'm going to try it with a different condition and see how things go. Otherwise, it does a nice job. Great volume without the nasty frizz :)"

"I really liked this shampoo. It does lather more than other sulfate-free shampoos, but still not as much as regular shampoos. I have been using it with the damage control restorative hair mask and the heat is on blow dry styling mist and have had amazing results. I am extremely fussy about my hair and the products I use and these have by far made my hair softer, more manageable and style beautifully. I will definitely be ordering more!"
