Suggested Use: Use the thumb slide to control how much of the file you want to use. Holding the case as a handle, shape and smooth nails as needed. Retract the file easily back into the carrying case when finished to protect the file from breaking. To replace the file, lift tabs and insert new file.

"I bought these primarily because I was looking for a nail file to keep in my purse when I was out and about. These work great for that purpose. The plastic case protects the file and prevents it from scratching items in my bag, and I like how it comes with replacement files when one wears out.
The reason it gets 4/5 stars is because I would like to be able to choose which colors to receive. It's a standard file, nothing over the top about it, but it works good for what I needed it for. Great price point, too."
