How it works: Benzoyl peroxide is a potent and effective therapy for treating acne. Benzoyl peroxide is currently recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology as one of the most effective antibacterial agents proven to significantly reduce the presence of inflammatory causing acne bacteria. Reducing these bacteria colonies minimizes inflammation, clears the complexion and prevents breakouts.

Suggested use: Apply in the evening to affected areas, avoiding the eyes. For example, if you have acne on the forehead, the medication should be applied to the entire forehead area.
