"I am always in the market for a good body lotion. I had heard of this brand and wanted to try it. I will agree with other reviewers the smell is candy like. It doesn't bother me, but there are so many other nice smelling lotions out there. It does keep my skin soft though! More so than St. Ives? Not sure, but it's nice. As for the cost, I found this in Marshalls for 1/2 the cost so I am not sure if I'd make the splurge again. Bottom line: I like it, but not sure I need to spend the money on it."

"This is on par with Lubriderm for the quality moisturizing, but has a better / more body butter consistency (not quite that thick but almost) and has a great scent. One of the other reviewers said "bubble gum" - I can see that but don't let it turn you off. I'd never want to smell like bubble gum but would love to smell like Hempz! It's a great pleasant scent that shouldn't fight too much with other fragranced products you might wear and really is pretty unisex actually."
